Returns & Exchanges
We do not offer returns or exchanges unless the item you received is defective or damaged. If this is the case, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange.

Refunds
Refunds are only issued for defective or damaged items. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within the expected timeframe, check your bank account again or contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
